Coconut Rum Ginger Lemonade Fizz
This simple coconut rum lemonade cocktail unites tropical coconut with nostalgic lemonade and fizzy ginger beer. It comes together in minutes and is the perfect sip for a picnic, a day at the beach, or an evening on the deck.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 80-proof coconut rum (ideally Koloa)
- 3 oz low-sugar lemonade
- 2-3 oz low-sugar ginger beer
- Thin lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum and lemonade, then shake well with ice.
- Fill a tall, narrow glass with ice, weaving thinly-sliced lemon wheels throughout the ice.
- Fill with ginger beer to the top of the glass.
