Iced Açaí Matcha Latte

This iced açaí matcha latte is colorful, refreshing, tropical, and perfect for summer. It's also loaded with powerful antioxidants!

Ingredients

  • 3.5-oz packet frozen unsweetened açaí puree
  • ½-1 tsp maple syrup or honey, optional
  • 1 c unsweetened plant milk
  • ½ tsp matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Partially thaw the açaí packet for 10-15 seconds under warm water, then transfer the contents to a single-serve blender. Add maple syrup or honey if desired. Blend the açaí puree until thick and smooth, adding a dash of water if needed.
  2. Pour the açaí puree into a tall serving glass, then fill the glass with ice.
  3. Gently (so as to preserve the layers) pour the plant milk into the glass on top of the açaí puree.
  4. Combine the matcha powder with 2 tbsp water and whisk until smooth. Gently pour the matcha shot into the serving glass on top of the plant milk.
