Orange Blossom Matcha Latte (Naturally Sweetened & Citrusy)

This naturally sweetened orange matcha latte is made with orange blossom water and a hint of orange oil for a bright and floral citrus flavor. It works beautifully year-round and can be served either hot or iced.

Ingredients

  • 1 c unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp orange blossom water
  • 1 drop orange oil
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • Orange peel or orange wedge for garnishing, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the plant milk, maple syrup, orange blossom water, and orange oil and mix well.Adjust the sweetness and the flavor intensity to your own taste.
  2. Combine the matcha powder with 2 tbsp water and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the orange blossom milk into a tall serving glass filled with ice, then top with the matcha shot. Optional: garnish with a twist of orange peel or an orange wedge.
