Three-Ingredient Pineapple Coconut Rum Fizz

This coconut rum cocktail uses just three ingredients and is ready in under a minute. It's perfect for summer parties and even picnics since it's simple, refreshing, and full of tropical flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 80-proof coconut rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz unsweetened fizzy coconut water
  • Pineapple slice for garnish
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
