Salted Maple Matcha Latte
This salted maple matcha latte combines real maple syrup and flaky sea salt for a perfectly balanced sweet/salty drink. It's easy to make and can be enjoyed either hot or iced.
Ingredients
- 1 c unsweetened milk of choice
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- Several generous pinches flaky sea salt
- ½ tsp matcha
Instructions
- Stir together the milk, maple syrup, and sea salt. Adjust the sweetness to your own tastes.
- For a hot latte, heat the salted maple milk in a serving mug. For an iced latte, pour the salted maple milk over ice.
- Make the matcha shot by whisking the matcha with a splash of water.
- Pour the matcha shot on top of the milk.
