Strawberry Thyme Granola Breakfast Parfait

This delightfully summery (and easy!) breakfast parfait combines sweet strawberries, fragrant thyme, and crunchy granola for an unforgettable morning treat.


  • 4-6 strawberries
  • 1-2 tsp of maple syrup
  • Few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Pinch of salt
  • 0.5 c vanilla or plain yogurt of choice
  • 0.25 c True North Granola Blues
  • Optional edible flowers or additional thyme for garnish


  1. Cut the strawberries into bite-sized cubes. Toss them with a dash of maple syrup, the leaves of a few sprigs of thyme, and a pinch or two of salt.
  2. To assemble, layer the parfait ingredients into a serving glass as desired. Garnish with edible flowers and/or a sprig of thyme, then serve immediately.
