Tropical Avocado Papaya Salsa
This easy avocado papaya salsa is fresh, vibrant, and ready in minutes. It's perfect for a summer gathering, tropical party, or beach picnic.
Ingredients
- 2 c fresh papaya, cubed (about 1 small papaya)
- 2 large, ripe avocados
- Juice of a lime
- ¼ c fresh cilantro or micro cilantro
- ½ tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Cut the papaya into bite-sized cubes. Cut the avocados open, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into pieces slightly smaller than the papaya. Chop the cilantro finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the salsa ingredients (papaya, avocado, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt). Stir gently to mix.
- Taste and adjust the lime and salt as desired.
